Only Authorized Vehicles Allowed All vehicles must be listed on the rental application, AND must be operable and have current registration & inspection sticker.
If change of vehicle or owner occurs, it must be relayed to landlord in writing.
Vehicle(s) which are improperly parked or left in no parking areas will be removed without notice, at the owner’s expense.
LATE RENT PENALTY:
If the rent is not paid on or before the 3rd day of the month for which it is due, the Tenant shall be responsible for the payment of a late charge of $30.00 DOLLARS. Said $30.00 late charge is deemed to be additional rent payable by the Tenant to the Landlord under the terms of their lease.
If the rent is not paid before the 10th day of the month for which the rent is due, the Tenant shall be responsible for the payment of a late charge $50.00 DOLLARS. Said $50.00 late charge is deemed to be additional rent payable by the Tenant to the Landlord under the terms of their lease.
